Decided to head for a site today where I had found a couple buttons and large cents last year
and was rewarded with more of the same for my efforts. It was in the mid thirties and breezy
here today, but the ground was real soft and signals seemed to be jumping out.
Found some pretty interesting buttons, the two piece still has some gold gilt on the
edges and has Scoville-Waterbury on the back.
The coins were in pretty rough shape. The large cent especially, can't see a date.
An 1891 indian and a 1920 wheatie.
A few other "relics" and probably 30 to 40 shotgun shell bases. Hate those things.
Thanks for looking,
Matt
