After the success of finding the umbrella Ink last weekend I had to head back down there. I didn't find much but I didn't get absolutely skunked I scored a paines celery compound and a Florida water and I found the most complete pipe I've ever found. But I have a question about the aqua disc Thing does anyone know what it is? Is it some kind of insulator? Thank you for the help.- Justin 1450035773786.jpg

Great pipe! I can only see PAIN on the amber, what does it say. The disc thingy certainly looks like an insulator but that's out of my realm

Thanks bass I can't figure out what the disc is. Oh I'm sorry the Amber bottle is a paines celery compound.

It's not a jar lid?

Looks like good stuff is still there Justin. I've never seen anything like that glass disk. Went for scout on Saturday but I didn't have much luck...found one piece of an electric bitters.

In a very frustrating dump I've been digging on and off (1840s-1860s, everything broken, found a bunch of broken pontiled bottles, Success to the Railroad flask, etc) a very complete pipe popped out, couldn't believe it ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1450060552.144936.jpg

That thing is incredible. I can't believe it survived intact. Nice find.

You got some nice finds there ! I'm pretty sure the disk is one half of a two piece insulator.
