Had a good day yesterday found 1859 seated 1887 ihp and 1923 merc belt plate and not sure what the bracket is.I don’t see any markings on the belt plate.would like help to id bracket and belt plate.all was found in southern Md thanks for looking

thanks everyone I found the quarter on the side of an old colonial rd that is in the middle of the woods now.Used usgs national maps to find the roads.
 
You scored some great finds, but that Seated quarter looks like it left the bank and went straight into the ground at your location. Never have I seen one that old look like that. There were only 1.3 million made and in that grade, worth some nice $$- big time Congrats!!

Ive havent found a seated quarter yet. I hope when i do it looks something like that! Thats awesome dude! I found my only trime on an old colonial road that no one has used for decades in the middle of the woods! Crazy
