I found this park that was nothing short of a wheat field. I pulled 2 memorial pennies and the rest were all wheat pennies dating from the heart stopping 1909 to 1959. The best find at this park was, I swung over a flower bed and the at pro screamed. this meant it was pretty close to a surface find and it was marked a penny on the id. I stuck my hand down in the dirty, sandy, mulch and pulled a 1904 IH off the surface.
I managed 1 silver 1920 merc out of there and that was about it. I have made 2 more trips back to the park but have come home with only clad and junk. My wife brought me home a nice 64 quarter out of her register at work and my sister gave me 37 merc she received in change. If anyone else out there has some silver change they dont want just let me know.
