Relic Hunting
After a rough few day days for me at work, I decided to get out for a couple hours today to soothe my spirit. My old stand by property is a 7 acre lot that’s been hunted since the late 70s. The owners are a good family that always welcomes me with open arms. I was able to pull up 3 artillery buttons up today.
Then I ran out of targets so I started detecting the back of the property when I got a strong signal. I dug down nearly a foot and reached in the hole. I thought I was pulling out an early plate only to find it was an Autocar buckle or emblem! Argh!
I also included a picture of a period Seminole war plate that was found by the land owners while they were walking the property just last month. One of them kicked it up out of the dirt on accident while mowing. I’m glad for them. Anyway, thanks for looking and happy hunting to all!

I bet that autocar breastplate had your heart racing. Man o man, what a nice one the landowner kicked up. I'm surprised he hasn't went out and bought a detector....don't give him any ideas.

I love those eagles..Congratulations on your beautiful recoveries
