Not many of those pop up....good score....that verdigris seems to be quite glossy if that's that case might be better
not to attempt cleaning and mess up the overall appearance.

That green patina really adds character to the coin! I wouldn't do a thing to it, looks beautiful just the way it is!

Nice find, but must be 1865 or maybe '68 ? as 1864 is first year of issue.

Not going to do anything else to it. That's pretty much how it came out of the ground. Cleaned with soap and a soft toothbrush.
