GOHO:

Just made my annual treck to the Fisher museum..ALMOST saw the cannon in the lab through the window. You guys were out hunting I guess, so I had a beer at Hirams. Took my daughter with us, as she'd never been to the museum. Y'know, she's watched me and listened to me for years, but had never really experienced anything related to the 1715 fleet directly. She realized she was really at the epicenter of treasure hunting on the east coast, and was pretty impressed. Drove across to Sebastian Inlet, then down the coast to Ft. Pierce..showed her all the 1715 locations.

Everyone should go to the Fisher museum in Sebastian. It's VERY unpretentious, but it's the real deal.

Best of luck in your endeavors!

Bill

Another couple of GOOD DAYS onboard the Gold Hound!!!!

The Gold coins were found by my investor Mike Brown onboard the Gold Hound on August second...... One is a 1698 Cuzco two escudo the other is a Bogie one escudo!

The artifact on the top left is a rare wooden button...

Great finds Greg, wish we could find the same caliber of treasure on our site. Good luck.

I've never seen a full flan 1698 Cuzco 2 E before. That's a pretty special coin that could be used as the plate coin for the variety.

That sure is a fine looking gold coin!

Greg,
Congratulations and my best wishes for the next days! I wish I could be with you there....

Best regards,
Lobo (Bobadilla)

Greg, congratulations to you and your crew on all of your finds! Great stuff! Hope you find much more ! Thanks for sharing all of this, it gets the blood pumping and keeps the desire to get out there alive!

Pete

Those are some really nice finds...I hope your good fortune continues and I hope you continue to update us on T-Net. Good luck on your future dives.

Good Job Mike , It was something i will never forget .Spanish GOLD . Mark :icon_thumright:

Greg,

Got to see the swivel gun Monday - LOVE it!

Then had to read up about the Cuzco mint!!

What a summer --

Bonnie

Oh, not much different from what I found on the beach...but my overhead was much less...a bottle of water, a snack, enough gas to get to the beach and back...plus I was amused at all the people walking the beach, looking for treasure, walking right over the top of the stuff !

However, I did not find a 1600's gold coin ! That is spectacular !

How much do those divers cost per day ?

I would like to get together for some beach hunting at a wreck site, anyone going to be working a claim from shore this year?

Well, Its getting close to that time of year! We started getting the boat cleaned up, fixed up and soon we'll be back at it!

I believe we will do even better this year!!!

Avoid the rush, Invest in the GoldHound early!!!

Hello Greg!

I think you are right - 2011 will be even better for Gold Hound!!! I'm ready!

- Mike
