If I found that coin, everyone in "Money Mafia" would be so thrilled for me. I would be able to see it in their faces.

Way to go! A gold coin like that is on top of every detectorist want list. WOW!

Great looking gold coin. Been doing this since 1975 and still have not found a gold coin. Let alone one that is in such good condition.

Redbook puts that coin in EF-40 $175 or AU-50 $200.

Very nice.

I'd rate it somewhere in MS condition. More than that, coin 7949 here:

HOLY COW!!! That thing looks like it came out of a coin collection, not out of the ground! I bet you were doing the treasure dance when you found that!

Just last Sunday I found my first Seated Liberty coin ~ a 1868-S Half Dime ~ it took me a few moments to realize what it was ~ then when I realized what it was my heart started pounding ~ I lost my breath ~ I almost fainted! WOOHOO ~ such a rush!

CONGRAT's Man!

thank you for your kind posts, the photo is better looking than the coin itself,i would say MS would be a huge stretch, thankyou just the same.
