Well that's a Constantine AE3. 321 AD.....but it looks like a fake.

how do u tell if its a fake?

There are a number of ways, there could be a seem along the side, indicating a cast coin, these were made in ancient Roman times by striking a bronze disc between to iron dies....the colour does not look right either, unless it was heavily cleaned, and then left to age.
