A lake in Iraq where I work

here's a couple shots of the lake that I work near. The first shot has Al-Faw Palace in the background. Saddam had that palace built to commemorate the Battle of Al-Faw Peninsula during the Iran-Iraq War. The second shot is somewhat to the right of the first and is just more of the same lake. When I get time, I'll go get some shots of inside the palace. Marble and crystal everywhere along with obscenely huge bathrooms complete with bidet. My work takes me to the palace very frequently, I just forget to grab my camera on the way out the door.

I can't get video clips on this Blocked by Uncle Sam computer. As soon as I go there again I'll get pics of the can.
