Remind me of my college days in Daytona Beach. Almost every week there was a car stuck in the water when the tides came in.

Reminds me of going to Pismo Beach years ago.
There is a inlet you have to cross and at low tide it is just a 1" wide trickle but at high tide it is probably 200' across.
Of course people try to cross it.
We used to bring the trucks over and line them up and drink some brews and watch the late arrivals try and float their Toy Haulers across.

Its amazing what some people do, and what they will offer to pay to help them.
