A little fun with my boys

We went to crater of diamonds and wegner quartz crystal mines in arkansas a while back before I got sick and had some surgeries and never cleaned it up. I'm feeling better now so we started. We still got a lot of concentrates to go through from crater of diamonds, my vision was starting to get fuzzy....but we had a lot of fun dreaming for a diamond. They are both fun places to go. The workers at wegner quartz crystal mines are very friendly and I recommend going there if anyone is near it. We plan on going back.

Crater of diamonds sounds like a lot of fun! Id lovee to go one day! I have so many rocks and dirt to go through from PA so i could only imagine id be loaded down like a pack mule leaving the crater!

Rific, it's a fun place, if you go take some muck boots or rubber ones. I've been three times. It's out in the sun with no shade. I've been in the summer and on a hot day it can get miserable. I've also been in the fall and it was much more enjoyable. Hope you get a chance sometime. If your a rock hound there are a lot of quartz mines an hour or so north of there, you can pay a small fee and can chip and dig away and keep all you find.
