I've been working a razed lot down in the Buyout. Since there's so much trash and old junk in the lot a 5" sniper coil is a must. We've also had enough rains at different times to help wash the surface dirt off a few marbles scattered around. The previously posted Wright Bros. watch fob also came from this lot. There are a number of wheaties dated 1913, 1913D, and on up to around 1945. Wished I could have found the rest of the doughboy that got decapitated.
There's a couple of silver plated spoons, one of which has the name Lincoln on the handle. (Could be someone's last name or possibly the name of one of the local grade schools that's been around for years). There's also a small cosmetic lid that was bent in half that I tried to straighten as much as possible w/o breaking it. It's marked Sterling and has a company hallmark of a cursive L with a line through it. There's also a little teapot charm but no markings along with a 1935 rabies tag that got a bit bent.
Thanks for looking and HH!

Isn't it fun to find marbles? I enjoy finding them as much as coins.
