It's pretty toasted, but, welcome none-the-less. I haven't found a cap bust dime before, so, who would have figured that I would find one in a farmer's field in England? :icon_scratch: Yup, just got back last night from a week's detecting in England. I don't think I found anything startling, but, maybe after the stuff get evaluated, something impressive might be discovered. I'll post a group shot of most of the finds in another post, and a few individual ones for specific items. I can't decide if this is an 1821 or 1831. It's so worn that I don't know if measuring the diameter will help or not. I'll have to wait until it's shipped to me where I can clean it a bit and measure it.

Maybe thats why I cant find those. They were exported to England
 

Nice one, even in that shape. I bet you will notice the
1 mm size difference to determines 21 or 31. Let us know haw it turns out.....I'm hoping 21.
