A neat little piece of 117 year old history dug

I dug this yesterday with a 1900 Indian Head Cent. Cleaned it up and realisied the item has a Pat date of 6-7-04 with a quick search this is what the item is. Cleaned up nice I think it might be silver. Neat piece of old time history. HH thanks for looking Michael
