Hey Y'all. Got out with Josh Sherman, my friend and neighbor today and we went a diggin' for some Civil war relics. :icon_thumleft: It was an absolutely AWESOME sunny day :icon_sunny: :icon_sunny: PERFECT for diggin :icon_king: We spent the better part of the entire day diggin and even packed our lunches. We got some nice finds including some Williams Cleaners, toe taps, cap box finial, cannonball shrapnel etc. etc. Here is the video of most of our finds (Josh has the rest on his video camera that I will add tomorrow) and hope you enjoy :icon_thumleft: :icon_thumright:

Found a really nice 1890s pickle bottle with beautiful Fleur de Lis surrounding the top. Starting to turn that pretty Amethyst!

The ending is alittle messed up but still good.....more videos to come from Josh's DV including the toe tap footage and the cannonball shrapnel footage

Nice video Josh. This is something CKK should incorporate into our hunts. I'm sure everyone would like to see them.

Hey, I see you are now on ARH some...how about that guy Devonrex and his posts? Sweet Lord Jesus what a collection. I've only seen one to rival it--in person or online.

Regards,

Buck

Shoot yeah. I'd love to see y'all pull those colonials from the dirt, that would be awesome :headbang: I've always told Kirk and Kyle to invest in alittle cheap Digitial Video that takes a SD Card......there great for putting in your backpack or belt...

The only one I've seen to rival it is the Museum of the Confederacy in Richmond, VA and the Ironclad and Confederate Navy Museum in my hometown of Columbus, Georgia on the Chattahoochee River ;D
