A rainbow in January ?

Yesterday i went to get a hot coffee just before 7am at the bakery coming home just a few blocks away i noticed a huge rainbow hhmm? in January that is a first for me that i can remember i see a lot in the summer but never in the winter i took a photo from my second story window facing North West , still nice to see it reminded me of warmer weather for a few minutes HH Jim

as long as theres moisture in the air
and some sunlight to go with it.
