A roll of dimes, Penney parts & paraphernalia
Another strange day at the beach. Trashdude and I decided to go to the Cocoa Beach pier yesterday, even though it’s heavily hunted. My first signal was this brass pipe thing. Smells like dope
. Other than the basic pull tabs and clad I revived a strong signal at the base of the pier. I thought it might be a buried beer can but was surprised when I shook out my scoop and there were about 20 dimes in there. I was still getting a loud signal and up came more dimes with part of the roll wrapper. Well that was a good spot.
Also found some penny pieces. They look like they were cut with tin snips.
Ivan Salis was talking about those showing up on different beaches on the east coast.
Someone has way too much time on their hands.
So the fifty dimes made up for those penny parts that kept falling thru the scoop.
