Silver is tough to come by where I live despite the fact that it has quite a bit of history, but I do manage to get at least a dime here and there. Within the last month I got a couple rosies, one of them barely a keeper. lol But at least it's silver.

The 1960 dime came from a school yard where I had previously also found a merc, and the '64 dime came out of a different school yard. I'll have to do more detecting at that site to see if it was just a fluke or if there's more silver to be had.

Nice silvers, congrats!

Any silver is truly nice now.

When I first began hunting in 1972, Barber silver were still fairly common. I still haven't found any Barber coins, although I've found a Seated Liberty quarter. Doesn't make sense, does it?

Those are two pretty Rosies, Congrats :headbang:
