I'll bite, A bell? I always thought it was a clock tower, until an episode of jeopardy.

Well thank you WindHarvester and Mcgearhead, you are both correct! It is still interesting to see how much we think we know is actually wrong. Although I have posted this earlier, maybe not too many read it, or replied.
