Hey all! I don't normally post finds on this forum but I really wanted to share this beauty with you all here.
I got out this morning and scored 12 buttons, some nice older flats, some nice detailed cuff buttons, a ball button and a tombac. It was my 2nd time there..the first time I went...my girlfriend got her first coin with her g2+ I just got her. A KG I (1714-1727)!!! So I was hoping for another nice oldie but I was happy with the buttons.
But anyway, on my way back home I noticed one of my well producing fields was finally plowed and nice and flat. Decided I'd hit it for a bit and give it a shot! Good thing I did because it opened right back up again. Signals every where! I got a ball button within 5 minutes then a toasted IH a bit later and then last but not least...
****My favorite silver find to date. A Spanish half real dated 1785 from Lima, Peru about 2 inches down mixed in with some iron.****
I just can't get over it! I've been blessed the 4 months I've been seriously detecting and it's a great hobby. I hope you all enjoy and I'll be sure to start posting more of my exceptional finds here too!
GL and HH all!
