A story two weeks in the making

Two weeks ago, in a land far far away, i went to plan "b" beach. lots of junk washes up, so it isn't my favorite. Among some clad, i pulled up a bird band. I called the agency up and they said they will send a certificate- which came today.

Nice find and in getting in touch with the agency. I wonder what happened to that bird. Did it die of natural causes or was it hunted? How did it get on the beach? As they say always a story behind the finds.
