Silver has been real tough for me to find lately . My buddy and I pounded this site where he recently found a cool silver watch Fob . I was using my recently repaired Explorer 2 . We were getting a lot of deeper rusted Iron , brass and copper trash items and very little coinage . I moved down the path a bit to a spot were several paths came together and 2 nearby paved roads intersected . Bingo ! the second target was this 1945 Walker about 3" deep . Haven't found one of these since the 90'S. ;D

An exciting day for me !

Congrats on the Walker!

I found my second a couple of weeks ago, also a '45.

They sure sing when you find 'em don't they?

RIGHTEOUS! Lovely Lady. And she does sing nicely into your headphones, no matter how deep of a dirt nap she's taking.......NGE

I found my one and only Walker a couple of months ago, I couldn't believe it when I dug down and saw that eagle lookin' back at me! It is also a 1945. My ACE 250 Id'd it as a half but all the other times in the past it had been either an aluminum can or multiple coins. But not this time. Congrats, they are a beuatiful coin. HH Steve

Way to go George!
Those walkers have got to be one of the prettiest halves made.

Dr. of Dirt.....finder of BIG SILVER  We LOVE BIG SILVER :wav:

Been a real long time since I dug one of those, congrates!

Thanks Guys ! Surprisingly enough it wasn't a real ear-banger . It sounded wide and had that silver tingly tone to it . When I first looked at the smartfind the cursor was in the middle then as I did the "Minelab wiggle" it corrected itself and went to the extreme upper right and actually buried itself a tad .
Kind of a weird and wonderful , magical thing . ;D
