Well Sorta.... For all your Civil War buffs out there, no it was not a bullet. I have not found any Civil War artifacts yet, but I have some thoughts for future hunts. I spent about 5 hours at the beach. The worst part was that my watch was off by almost 2 hours and I have no idea why. It is a waterproof dive watch and the stem has to be unscrewed before you can pull it out to change the time. The watch was in tact and seems to be working fine now. Not only did that mean I got to the beach later than I thought I was getting there for tide reasons, but I got home almost 2 hours later than I told my wife I would be home and she had me drowned and buried already. It was hard for her to believe my story, but I swear it is true. ??? What I found was $2.75 in clad, 1 gold and silver ring with Onyx stone, 1 titanium band ring and one silver hoop earring. It would have been nice if they had all been gold rings, but I will take it as a great day on the beach for me. It is a stretch to call it a "3 ringer at the beach", but the earring was silver ::) Happy Hunting to ya'al

not a bad day at all.. sorry bout your watch thou.

Too bad about your messed up time frame, but you still did well on the hunt.

I think that the gold and silver ring may have some age to it!

Congrats!
