A Ton of Targets!

Got out with Tony to hit a couple new sites we've been eyeing...nothing spectacular but I was quite pleased with the results. Favorite finds are the Canada Militia button and the lead soldier...got to figure out what exactly he was holding...ideas?

A lot of digging there! It's nice to see a lead soldier coming up with no damage. I think he resembles a machine gunner with the gun on a tripod. Whats the piece in the middle of the groupshot? The one with the nice patina.

Unfortunately the anti-aircraft gun is actually missing...but the soldier is all there!

I'm not sure what that brass item is...going to post it in the What Is It forum. It's not old but it is heavy duty!!

I think he's holding an anti-aircraft machine gun, had a plastic 60's figure that was doing that.

Yeah a ton of targets, and a couple of good ones.
Button, and the toy. I think I have a total of one lead soldier.
Is that a shoe buckle frame in there ?

Ah the good old lead toys of yesteryear! Back when a kid could have some good healthy fun.

Great digs and quite an assortment. Seems like a lot of good targets so I bet there's some good stuff hidden.
