A true WHAT IS IT??

Looks allot like a hydrometer, used for testing alchol content or the specific gravity of liquids but the numbers are far to high

Odd how the scale go's from 2000 down? Is it feet, atmospheres, spec. gravity? You gotcha a real thingy there alright!

I think those high numbers are for testing moonshine made in the mountains of TN.
