Yea I Don't think I'v heard the Word peon spoken out loud more then 1 or 2 times in my 70 years on this planet. and was the First time in Print,
& I Considered myself well read til now
When I read it, I actually thought it was considered an Insult
(the lowest of the Low)

I can just picture a few old boys sitting around on a porch drinking mescal down in
some Argentine village..one brings up Mars, and then they start concocting this strange
tale......bet they had a good laugh..
