This used to be a Constitutional Republic, however the rule of law is all but dead, and our beloved Republic is on it's last legs. Non elected beaurcrats and fat cat politicians decides what is good for us peasants. Law or the will of the people mean nothing the ruling class, because they know what is best for us.
