I have numerous friends in the land surveying bussiness and they find stuff like this all the time. T the corner of Dixie Farm rd. and Beamer there is an abandoned neighborhood shutdown by the epa in the 70s for contaminated land. The land has been de-contaminated and set aside for over 30 years. In this same area there is a baseball feild with the concession stands still existing. Mapquest has very good aerial photos of this area. I will contact my friend to see if permission can be granted to enter this area. None of the soil has been removed, the epa only shut it down and left it. According to the EPA it is now safe to inhabit. No worries of agent orange or other diseases. HAha

It is located near Ellington Field in Houston or Clear Lake Area

Gotcha, I was just curious if it was close to me but I'm 6 hours north of Houston. Although we do work down in that part of the woods quite a bit. We stay in Kemah or Seabrook.

can you give the GPS coordinates?
