Tell me you're not serious. Your dowsing rod is going to find treasure. But not only that, it will tell the size measurements of the box, the depth, etc....
And you can exceed the abilities of the most advanced detectors, eh ? If you, or anyone in the world, can do this, then why hasn't any of you guys submitted this to double-blind testing ? Every time it's been tested, it's been found to be bogus and random chance.
What causes a bent rod or LRL to supposedly point to treasure ? Metal detectors can be fully explained with schematics. And if 100 different people wave a quarter in front of a detector coil, it beeps for every last one of them. No matter their skill, belief, etc..
So please tell us scientifically what makes a rod point to a distant treasure ? Or are you will to admit it's mystical and supernatural ? Humorously, a lot of dowsing proponents will quickly rush to distance themselves from any sort of mystical or supernatural. Lest they immediately get lumped into a category of "spooks" or "occult" etc.... So they rush to say there's some sort of magnetic attraction . And they go to great lengths , with scores of $20 words, to try to explain it. When that gets shot down scientifically as impossible, then they resort to "un-explained science".
Isn't un-explained science wonderful ? It can be used to prop up any assertion, no matter how zany.
