I found this mix with my ace 250 in the backyard of my parents house. Oldest coin I found was 1922 wheatie. Two silvers...a 1942 quarter and a1943 merc...

Good digs, silver is always a big plus.

Nice finds !! I also live in VT and use the ACE 250. Lots of stuff still in the ground arround here and the ACE has no problem finding it.

Very neato finds :o, doyou think any of the items were yours or your folks ???

Looks like a good hunt and silver a great bonus!

Holey cow, your doing extremely well with that ace250 nice finds big time

The buckle with the heart on it is older than any of the coins. It was misidentified at one point in time as a Civil War bedroll buckle. (Not on this website...just in general) I believe it dates back to the mid-late 1800's. Nice finds.

Here are two being sold right now on e-bay. They are labeled as Civil War confederate bedroll buckles.....although I believe its been proven in the past that they are not.

I bought my wife an Ace 250 and steal it back when ever she's not looking... Love it!

Nice finds,

That yard looks like a good one to hunt.

Terrific finds! I'll bet if you put a treble hook on that daredevil you could catch some fish with it. That used to be my favorite lure; it could catch everything. Congrats on some cool finds.

I like that old lock. Good job with the ace 250. I'm thinking about starting out with one of those first. 200 bucks versus the 1000 plus for the whites. I have been doing a lot of homework on here and it seems that people do real well for the price.
