What is this brass, weighs about 10.oz 1/2" thick X 2" diameter. Dont supose it's worth much, just something laying around the house.

humm may be just the lid part of the tabacco storeage box --a undated one (differant maker that the ones shown on the site) if so very nice find ---too bad you didn't find the rest of if looking at those prices on the site --
