Advertisement bar

The top of my account always has one and it seems like I always have to wait for to load. Is there anyway to get rid of this thing forever? I can't stand it! You know when you click on my eBay and there's an advertisement bar flashing across the top of the screen...

Are you logging in? There will always be one at the top but it doesn't slow down the loading..
