Advice needed - stakeholder register for wreck recovery

Hi All

I'm in need of some advice...

Due to a potential target to be recovered / worked on, I need to put together a stakeholder register, and as I normally work solo, this is a first for me!


I wonder what it actually needs to contain and how its set out? Would anyone have a template or sample they could share?
