Detector(s) used
white xlt E-trac
Went with the boy scout troop to a local camp just for a overnighter with the plans to detect. I borrowed a detector and then with my two and the other leader we had 4 so we taught the boys the basics of dirt fishing my first catch after maybe 10 minutes was the walker this got us all excited. this being only my 3rd walker I was the most excited all in all we had a great time found some old knifes and the two quarters handfuls of clad one wheaty from I think 42 its horrible shape and still soaking thanks for looking, Kip

Great stuff. You are getting the future leaders of this country interested in detecting, another word for freedom.

sweet silvers

Have hunted quite a few boy scout camps and have found quite a few Walking Liberty Halves in them. My Father once explained that it was VERY common for a scout to be given a single half dollar to last for the weekend scout outing.

Congrats! :icon_thumleft:
