I imagine the Venezuelan government could be VERY unpleasant to deal with.
 

Interesting way to catch a ship on fire. No, Jolly, I don't recall this one, though there are two decent ones nearby. It just goes to show that the research is never ending. Being a fisherman in Venezuela would make this a fun side job. 8-)
