So I have got the itch!!

I have always looked through my own change for 90% but never any CRHing until now, I just ordered 8 boxes of halves from my bank that should be ariving on Wednesday, may take a couple of boxes of quarters also. Can't wait to start!! Just need to find a dump bank now.

Welcome to the madness. Expect nothing week after week and to do plenty of work.. Sadly this is a reality for a lot of us these days, unless you have a good producing area.... But if you expect nothing, when you do make a good find, it makes it that much sweeter.. Good luck

Just started myself and I have to agree with the above statement. I've only gotten a few boxes and there hasn't been any silver. I have found a few post 2001 coins and a 1983 s series.

Im thinking about upping my order when I pick up a few boxes on Wednesday. Hopefully my banks coin delivery service doesn't pilfer the silver out when they wrap it.

Sounds like you're jumping in eagerly without a plan, definitely figure out a system of pickups and dumps before you get into it. ANd make sure you don't wear out your welcome with that bank- 8 boxes of halves ordered out of the blue? Whew!

Went through my 1st 2 boxes tonight, Box 1 had 1 40%, but box 2 had 7 90% and 5 40%!

Needless to say, I am hooked!
