Age and identification please

Out at a permission site got an ax head about 6 inches long hoping someone can give me an age to it I'm guessing early 1900s also got a decorate lead piece about 4 inches long I'd appreciate help with that also

The lead thingy could be a real or homemade Breast plate/Belt plate. On the opposite side of the two holes appear to be two more holes clogged up. I wouldn't do anything drastic until I tried to gently soak/clean it. Check out the other side for any identifying marks. Are you sure it is lead?

The lead thing..depending on how big it is..looks like a clock pendulum.
