Age or ID Anyone?

Can anyone tell me what these are or the age. The tag looking thing is off center and very thin and bendable. The thing with the lid might be copper or a mixture of metals also easily bendable; It might be an old powder top. The white Item is an insulator of some type I think. The item I believe is lead is very heavy and can be cleaned easily with sand paper as I did a little on the small end.

the porcelain thing is an old spark plug, and the thing with holes is an old talc powder can top

The thing that you think is lead might be an old pull knob for a manual choke on a tractor or something vintage.Also found a picture of a vintage spark plug like yours.
