Welcome to Tnet. It’s nicely done but a copy, presumably by an artist with the initials ‘MEH’ and painted in 1922. I don’t know who that might be.

Alfred Morgan’s original oil on canvas work, titled “Cat and Dead Pigeons” (measuring 35.6 cm x 45.7 cm) was painted circa 1862 and purchased by the South Kensington Museum in London in 1863. It’s still there, although the museum is now called the Victoria and Albert Museum. Morgan died in 1904.
