I woke up this morning and loaded up the truck to go detecting. But when I went to go start the truck up.....nothing. I had to jump the battery and then went to the auto parts store to have it checked out. Sure enough, bad battery. So I purchased a new one, installed it and ran the old one back to the store. It took two hours of my morning time and I contemplated whether or not to head out detecting. The place I wanted to go was an hour and 20-minute drive but it was still before noon so I forced myself to go. Luckily I went because it turned out to be a pretty fantastic day.
