Am I crazy or does this look like a spearhead?

Combing the beach on the Patuxent River in MD for sea glass today I came across this and I wondered. It appears to be a solid piece of rock, nothing fabricated but thought I'd post it to see what others thought.

It almost looks too well worked on two of the 3 faces but it may be from smoothing in the water, just don't know.

It's doesn't appear to have a worked look to it. I collect native artifacts as well as detect and can usually spot a worked piece pretty easily. Now, let's see the beach glass...I also collect beach glass!
