Amazing and I've neverseen anything like it

I found this rock about 6yrs ago and I am still stumped. I would love to hear what you guys think about it. I collect rocks that I like not by types or values. I had it in my drawer and a ink pen leaked on it so I had the bright idea to put a shellac on it to "protect" it. I hated it so I bought a paint/shellac remover and acting a bit stupidly I wore blue medical gloves and the remover began to eat them and was turning it a bit blue and i rinsed it off and it still has a bit of a blue tint on the rock in a couple spots. I havent tried to clean it anymore yet. Here are the photos I have taken. I will tell you what I was thinking it might be but I want to hear your ideas first. Then I will go more into describing the details of it to you. Ty so much for any help!

Ah OK. But its just a rock right? I mean I see the rat head/ bat head resemblance but thats all it is, Im pretty sure. Its just a rock that slightly resembles a shrunken head IMO but I could be wrong I guess

most likely .

by color I wonder if petrified wood.
by shape I wonder if coal ash.
but without handling it... it's a petrified head

I'd say a piece of petrified wood or someone shrunk Al Sharpton's head.
