Hey C.G.,
What state was it found in? It looks like heat treated burlington to me, because of the red color, and the waxy shine. Appears to be from the hopewell time period because of the large notches. jmo!

The arrowhead was found in mid missouri.Thanks for the imformation.

Damaged on both ends but no doubt about it- artifact for sure.
