An ebay first for me.

Last night I actually delivered an item I sold on the bay. The buyer lives about halfway between my office and where I live. I did meet someone once to deliver an auction sale but never personally delivered anything. It was only a $17.50 item but I saved $2.64 in postage. (the item cost me about 40¢)

I've had about a half dozen local pick ups that I can think of. One lady asked about it last weekend but she didn't win the auction, some guy in Az. did.

I delivered a 1970 Ducati 450 Desmo to a buyer in Kenton Ohio from Stuart Virginia just because I wanted to see his motorcycle collection. Well worth the trip!

I did it again, twice now in one week. Someone bought a 7 pound cell phone from me and we met in a local underground Target parking. (it was raining hard)

I (bid) won a vintage bottle and noticed the seller lived in the next town - we ended up meeting at a 7-11 down the road from me - neat!
