An Even Bigger Dime Haul!!

Hey everyone.. I had an awesome week of hunting.. My 4 boxes of halves were skunk again, so the streak continues with boxes.. Luckily enough I got a 64 and 67 from a teller's tray which fed my half fix, at least for now... My dime numbers were huge this week and even better than my haul last week. From 10 boxes I pulled 35 silvers... The last box also gave me my first Barber, which was simply the icing on the cake.. Here is the breakdown....

Dimes are great, quick, easy, light, and add up quick. I average two per box. Very great finds! The barber is pretty nice. Those silver edges always get the adrenaline pumping.

Thanks guys... I am typically averaging 1 a box, but last week my numbers jumped up... these two weeks of good hauls came with the same inspection number, so I am hoping there is some more waiting in the vault for my order next week...

Yup... This month so ar has given me 1 merc, 1 barber and 59 rosies.... I was actually thinking about canceling halves for a couple weeks and replacing them with dime orders, just since my numbers have been so good lately.. I use the same bank as a supplier for both, so they will definitely be coming from the same source..

Why would it be bad? Lugging around halves are just a pain.. Dimes are much easier..

Don't get me wrong... Obviously I would much rather be finding silver halves, but they are extremely overhunted in my area.. Dimes can add up quick too.. He wasn't talking about the silver content, he was just commenting on how much easier they are to lug around..
