I got 2 really old points yesterday in Madison county, MS.
These are called "Quad Points" and date from 7,000-9,000 B.C.

the top looks more like a archaic side notched point from the image.

is there any griding on the base area?

Is that basal damage in the middle of the base in the second image?

Is the blade area beveled?

Yes, it has basal grinding
No basal damage on the 2nd point. Just very pronounced “ears”
