My wife and I visited the Museum of Madison County Historical Society in Anderson Indiana recently.
This is an early 1940's TV. The bubble screen is like a magnifying glass.
When I was living in the Ozarks foothills in Missouri in the mid 70's I was using my grandfathers old TV, which was made of metal. It got a decent picture, and was black and white. I think it was a mid 1950's TV. I can recall clearly the old black and white TV my family had back in the mid 60's.
