Possible Constans. The "DD" in the legend is some times associated with 'VICTORIAE DD' (two Victories standing facing each other, each holding wreath and palm) while elsewhere in the legend is (delta) SIS; associated with the mint at Siscia. You might find it on this page: http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/ric/constans/t.html

Don.........

Cru'dads ID;

You can see the CONSTANTI legend element which makes it an AE3/4 of CONSTANTIUS II and as Don said from the Siscia Mint (SIS) with the officina mark being a Delta (∆).
So from AD342-347.

Obverse: CONSTANTI – VS PF AVG
Reverse: VICTORIAE DD AVGGQ NN

So it is not constitine it is constitini. Is this a common coin or is scare? Is it worth anything. That's not the most important detail but just curious

Pretty common, we find quite a few of this type & mint. Being damaged as well doesn't help, so basically very little. If you got offered $5, bite their hand off.
