My brother found these, but he doesn't visit this site anymore but I decided to post them because some people might like them.

These were found in the woods we have been hunting for the last 2 years. The finds at this place range from these ancient items all the way up to new coins etc.

They are from 7000-3000 bc approximately.

Picture is a little blurry, but I will describe what each is until we can get a better photo taken.

From left to right:

1. crescent knife blade

2. A 4 inch copper spear point, looks to be dual sided with the socket in the middle

3. 3.5 inch copper spear point with a deep, well defined socket

4. 8 inch copper awl/punch

Thanks for looking and happy hunting :)

Thanks! :) They sure are fun to dig up. I found a piece of "float" copper, unworked, looks like a green rock. really heavy for its size. Its kinda weird because these ring up just like a nice coin would so your not really expecting an ancient artifact 3-5 inches deep.

Very cool! Your post inspires me to hunt more wooded areas. I have been waiting to find a Michigan Copper Relic, but hasn't yet happened. Sooner or later hopefully. Those are sweet! HH-James
